This was a very special Christmas. Toby was here which made it wonderful and I spent time with Mimi and Pops and Grandma and Grandpa. Mimi, mama and I all made cookies (and I got to lick the bowl) and mama and I made a beautiful rustic hunting lodge out of gingerbread. We thought, well why should we do a normal house? Besides, moose don't live in Marin! I also got to spend a lot of time with Shaughn and Eirann. I just adore them.
On the night before Christmas my daddy read me the story, then we left cookies and milk for Santa and some celery for the red nosed reindeer. Santa surprised me the next morning with a HUGE stocking full of lots of goodies including an amazing lollipop! And, he gave me a wheel burrow. How fun is that! And, Mimi and Pops got me these super cool castle blocks. I think it was my favorite gift.

Fun at Paul & Teresa's
Paul and Teresa are dear old friends who live in Alamo (on the other side of the bay). I always enjoy spending time with them. This last visit I told Paul that I loved crab, then guess what, he taught me how to prepare it! He is a very good cook and I really enjoy spending time in the kitchen with him. The other AMAZING thing is that Shaughn and Eirann live next door! Yep, Paul and Teresa's just got even better!!

2011 Summer in Porlandia
Oh how I love Portland. The home of the free, the land of the brave and wild! Yes, I added the wild part. The wild west, wild wilderness and wild and crazy Andersen clan. So much fun, freedom and love. Did I say how much I love Portland? From my first fishing trip to living the simple life with picnics and playgrounds these people know how to keep it real.
